Tim Elkins

Tim Elkins is Vice President of Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation. His primary focus is as a Loan Officer assisting borrowers to obtain the most appropriate form of financing and to transact it as smoothly as possible, whether refinancing, navigating a 1031 timeline for a purchase loan, or repositioning a portfolio. Tim understands the needs of principals, having acted in this capacity for a large part of his career. He excels in anticipating any issues that might arise, providing creative solutions, then securing timely closings.

A third-generation Southern Californian, Tim’s roots in real estate go deep stemming from a rich involvement on both sides of his family. His thirty years of experience in the real estate industry comes with a solid track record as a principal and commissioned agent. He was a managing partner of a prominent commercial banking firm and has over ten years experience in entitlement and development. He actively manages a land portfolio and several commercial property portfolios in his roles as trustee, manager and director.

Tim is a director for City Improvement Company, and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, and the Pepperdine Alumni Association.
