Brian Robbins

Brian Robbins is a Co-Managing Partner of Pathfinder Mortgage Corporation where oversees Origination, Servicing, and Operations for Pathfinder’s Los Angeles and Calabasas, California offices. Over the years Brian has arranged over $5 Billion in Commercial Real Estate loans, many of which have had multiple complex obstacles which needed to be overcome. Brian excels at listening to his clients and assuring that a viable solution is provided and their needs are met, as well as making sure that his Lender’s concerns are addressed, and then leading both, the Borrower and Lender down a well thought out path and keeping everyone on track to reach the common goal of closing their loans in a timely fashion and with the terms agreed upon as depicted at the beginning of the Term Sheet process. He brings his clients over 25 years of professional experience and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Mortgage Banking field and actively advises his clients during the lives of their loans and beyond. Brian is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), California Mortgage Bankers Association (Cal MBA), the Los Angeles Mortgage Bankers Association (LAMA), and local Chambers of Commerce.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of San Diego with double majors of Business Administration and Spanish. He has completed post-graduate work focused on Commercial Real Estate and Finance. Brian is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. He continues to stay active with the University of San Diego Los Angeles Area Alumni Association, University of San Diego Business School Alumni Association, the Loyola High School (Los Angeles, CA) Alumni Association. He was the District Chair of the Las Colinas District of the West LA County Council for the Boy Scouts of America, a member of the West-Valley Family YMCA, a member of the USD Rugby Football Club Alumni Association, and a proud parent-member of the Ventura County ORCA Youth Rugby Club. Brian resides in Woodland Hills, CA with his wife, Alexandra and their four boys and dogs.
