Rob Friederich

Mr. Friederich has more than 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed more than $500 million in transactions. He specializes in multi-family, self-storage, office, industrial and owner/user assets classes. Prior to joining Pathfinder Mortgage Corp, Mr. Friederich served in senior origination positions in San Diego with Marcus and Millichap, Johnson Capital, US Bank and Peninsula Bank. Mr. Friederich was an advisory director at California Community Bank and spent 19 years in St. Louis as a corporate banker.

Mr. Friederich is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL, where he earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting. He holds a California Department of Real Estate Sales License.
